Zenfira Vincent, O.D.

Dr. Zenfira Vincent joined the Florida Eye Institute team in 2025 and is practicing in the Vero Beach and Sebastian locations. She is originally from Azerbaijan and has moved to Florida in 2000. Dr. Vincent started pursuing her passion for eyes early in high school, graduating as an ophthalmic assistant. She has experience completing vision therapy programs on children and even the Miami Dolphins, as well as assisting doctors with in-office procedures and outpatient surgeries. 

In 2019, she completed her Doctorate of Optometry degree and Bachelor’s in Vision Science degree at Nova Southeastern University, where she made the Dean’s list multiple times. She also received another Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences at Florida International University with full academic scholarship and Dean’s list honors. Dr. Vincent has experience with special needs, pediatrics, vision therapy, binocular vision, low vision and disease management. 

Dr. Vincent is an active member of the American Optometric Association, Florida Optometric Association, Brevard, and Indian River Associations. She has completed a mission trip with the Lion’s Club Volunteers to the Caribbean Islands, assisting over 1,300 eye exams for the needy. She also volunteers for community outreach programs, has lectured on the near-sightedness epidemic amongst children, and works alongside Lighthouse for the Blind. Dr. Vincent has volunteered her time completing free eye exams for the Special Olympics, free school vision screenings for underprivileged children, and other community events.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, her husband, Ryan, and their two daughters. She enjoys the beach, outdoors, water activities, traveling, gardening, and reading. 

Dr. Vincent speaks five languages, including English, Russian, Spanish, Turkish, and Azerbaijani.
